Some are excited that earning are UP. We'll I am hear to tell you that means NOTHING, If you know how to correctly read financial. If you have sales of assets - Your earnings will go up. The question is what will earning be next quarter. The assets sold can not bring any future income. Now you have lots of overhead. Thats the problem with selling assets you have to do something with the money quickly. They just might but it will take time and lots of confidence in management.
