Why do i feel like i'm in a Rod Serling screenplay?

Probably because you are saying things that you firmly believe and while many believe you some do not. I think that you would go farther if you could refute the numerical/factual posts that others make, rather than battling facts with opinions. But that's me. I think that everyone here is suffering (?) from an intense case of euphoria due to the value of their stock account being significantly higher than it was back in January. However past performance doesn't guarantee future results. This was the first quarter that the market cap increased enough to actually impact stock price by holding it back. If that provision was in there before, nobody noticed it because when the stock goes from 2 to 1.5 back to 2.2 back to 2, there isn't any increase in market cap to have to pay compensation on.

I'm honestly concerned that the future growth of stock price will be hindered by this compensation plan. You aren't. I posted numbers as to why I feel the way I do - I showed that for every penny of profit IATV makes, they will have to pay 2 pennies out to the executives. You respond with "well, if the executive compensation plan was so important, why did Liberty invest, why did Wolzien accept stock?" Maybe they didn't know about the compensation plan. Almost certainly they know things that you and I don't. However, I still have put my numbers out for the public to digest and I have not seen a single attack on the numbers. Just an attack on the fact that I posted something negative about the company (and only one of those). It's as if nobody cares what the numbers say. With the rise in inflation, story stocks are going to have a tougher time staying up unless their story is really darn compelling or they turn that story into hard numbers. I think IATV does have a really darn compelling story and that's why I'm still long, but I still think that the best thing for this stock would be to become profitable as quickly as possible... I think that you and I both agree that if IATV somehow turned a profit in Q3 it would send this stock to the roof. But in doing so, it would guarantee that IATV would not turn a profit in Q4 because of the excessive amount of compensation that would have to be paid...
