Kevin,

Thanks for your post, however, while not trying to downplay in anyway your pick, i would like to draw your attention to the current situation with Nora Exploration Inc. trading on Montreal, symbol NXI, Major developments currently unfolding within the Corporation will place it among the significant players in the marine diamond industry. Both Nameco and DFI have revised their resource base to much higher levels than before. (see Namco's press release dated april 15th, 1999).
As for Nora, we are the second largest "surface owners" in Namibia. Our 23,000 sq.km. deep-water concession is located at the mouth of the Orange River. Initial results from the first phase of geophysicals clearly indicates "a very high probability of a world class gem quality diamond deposit", the second phase which will include sampling is scheduled to begin shortly. One very prominent individual who reviewed the data stated that he wouldn't be surprised if the concession contained in excess of 100 million carats.

As IR for Nora, i suggest you read our press releases, by doing so it will become very clear to you that Nora is a real deal and that we are not in the business of hyping a stock with no value. The stage has been set and we are now poised for unprecedented growth.

Regards,

John Stella
