Hi Dave,

As Art has pointed out many times over the past year and a half, the poison pill, etc... Art's got a well established line of reasoning about the poison bill preventing a takeover/buyout... look back over his posts about it or perhaps he can replicate the URLs for you.

When you get to the idea of takeover, the issue of what is IATV worth gets problematic IMHO.
