In addition, LFT is not found in the Arizona database. Nor have they ever recorded giving a Grant to anyone. Even if they are a Private Foundation as they say, it seems odd that they have never given and grant and that no one has heard of them. People associated with the Conference of SouthWest Foundations in Dallas, TX state that both Public and Private Foundations are prohibited from owning oil wells/leases in accordance with IRS rules.
