Chuzz, Based on your post the long-term advantage for IBM is a no-brainer. Can't imagine why IBM wouldn't want to get the $1 billion monkey off its back by outsourcing this production to Dell as a wholly-owned subsidiary like Tivoli, TSS and others. I'd still be very surprised to see this happen, but as an IBM shareholder it is intriguing. Best wishes and prayers for you and your wife. JF3
