Yes, VPTI is moving slowly back up...The corrected news is still good even without the merger. But I am worried about the legal aspects of the announcement. This wasn't just a slight misrepresentation. There was a material announcement of a merger...even with the retraction, I am wondering if IVCO is either a part of the picture-to-come, or should be suing VPTI for fraud. Robert
