Did you buy very many books which were supposed to have shipped in 24 hrs? That is the basis for my gripe with BKS. I have only purchased a few videos from AMZN. They did have Nerds 2.0.1 (the documentary on the history of the internet) when nobody else did. FWIW. I know this is all anecdotal. But I really thought there was something fishy going on with BKS claims to ship everything in 24 hours and then three times not fulfilling the promise. Best Regards, Tom
