Hi Larry, to the best of knowledge Warren still holds a personal position and there is no doubt that some of his subscribers (to TOES) are shareholders. He does still follow the company and is a semi-regular contributor to the The Stockman Forum regarding WRN.

I have been hearing for a bit that the distribution part of the deal is pretty much done, it may have even been completed (minus official signatures) and I know there are plans for a PR campaign to come along with the completed deal. I would expect them to "ink" the deal (assuming they really do have it put together) when they have everything else all ready to go and announce it either immediately before the campaign is ready to start or immediately after, depending on how they want to kick it all off. I have not hear anything thus far suggesting that it isn't happening.
