TO KEITH ANDERSON:

This response is written to once again explain to you that I have looked into a number of different approaches to establishing an e-commerce presence for MDMI. As I told you in the e-mail that I sent to directly if it was as easy as sending $89.00 to Netgateway and then our stock would be worth millions I was sure every public company would send a check for $89.00 to Netgateway. Further I told you that if you wanted to establish an MDMI store for $89.00 that I would be happy to send you a check for $89.00 and I stand ready to do that.

However, I talked with Anna Brannon VP Netgateway and she indicated that it would cost in excess of $30,000.00 to begin to establish a site like Ichargeit. Further she indicated that she was very impressed with the Ichargeit site and with our presence on it and that for $89.00 the most we would get is a mention somewhere in Netgateway. In addition, she indicated because of our premier placement on the Ichargeit site she could not recommend even spending the $89.00.

So if you want anyone to call me about this I believe it would be more productive for him or her to call Anna Brannon at 562.308.0010 because they can get the information directly from her.

I hope this will be all of the information you need regarding the "$89.00" site, once again if you want to continue to pursue this let me know where to send the $89.00.

TO RICHARD NESBIT:

This response is written relative to your apparent posting regarding the sale of BAWLS to Albertsons. As you know we have a number of different products that MDMI is selling including coffee, tea, Zing Zang, BAWLS, Glow Sticks, and an extensive line of fresh gourmet bakery products. Whenever we make a presentation to a prospective customer we of course present our full line of products with the objective of providing the maximum opportunity for success in the sale of MDMI products. We are in the process of preparing a press release that will further describe our relationship with Albertsons. However at this time I can tell you we are not currently selling the BAWLS product to Albertsons.
