The facts, IMHO, can only be revealed via an audit. If I am not mistaken, an audit will be required for the SEC filing. Then we will all have our answers. As long as the projects come to fruition and the value is passed along to the shareholder (^ stock price), I don't care if Cataldo's dog has a diamond studded collar. Luck, O
