Brazilian foreign debt at US$219.6bn in March

Brasília, 17 - Brazil's foreign debt fell to US$219.600bn in March, down
from US$224.759bn in February.
According to the Central Bank Economic Department (Depec), the Brazilian
mid and long terms debt declined to US$198.515bn to US$202.980bn.

The Central Bank also informed that the country's short term foreign
debt dropped to US$21.085bn from US$21.779bn. (By Gustavo Freire)
