One more item from the CC:

Someone asked about the Allegra interference - reply was it should be determined by year end, but hinted (at least by my reading) at a settlement that would also include resolution of European sales of Allegra (HMR is selling without a license in Europe, is contesting SEPR's European patent, and SEPR has brought infringement proceedings against HMR in the UK).

So my guess is that we'll see a settlement with HMR.
