Since all we have is the news releases the answer is yes...yes that is my perception. It is also my perception that Aware must have a sound footing in their claims to G.lite, the basis for my perception here is the industry backing and the deals with the likes of Siemens, STMicro, ADI, NEC and the others. If TI/Amati had the better argument in their favor the deals would reflect that...IMHO. If TXN were to bid for AWRE it could be interesting seeing those who may also come forward.
