Jeff-this has been a trading vehicle...so far. At some point when more corporate strength comes to bear in terms of the JFS Division and the Document Conversion Division it will cease to be a trading vehicle....I think the IBM agreement is a strong step along that process. Then, when you cash out at 1.40 and wait for the usual downturn, you may find yourself looking up rather than down. So time it well. I am not saying it is going to happen...I'm saying it could. gary
