Squeeze Countdown. 19 more trading days until all certs must be exchanged for H-Quotient shares. Don't be surprised to see MM's play around with this one this week as they struggle to figure out how to weasle their way out of their short positions. However, as we continue into the next three weeks, there will be a lot more buying than selling as they find that the only way out is to cover. I think we'll find tomorrow in the conference call that they've covered the bases with this transaction, and the MM's won't be able to trade one short position for another one in the new company. I believe this deal is structed as a guaranteed delivery, so if the MM's are short without stock to back it up, then they have to buy to cover. IGHS wants to get off the BB and away from these bulletin-board shorting schmucks. This is the first step. Filing for fully reporting status is the next. Gator
