First of all, anybody that post's on Yahoo without his real name should not be trusted. Second ,the company announced a buy back of shares just a short while ago. I am afraid to tell you, it's looking like a reverse buy back. A repost from Yahoo.

The latest shares outstanding for Thermo Tech Technologies as reported May 17th, 1999 @
11:55 PDT is as follows:

May 17 236,677,035
May 13 230,677,035
May 07 223,677,035

13,000,000 new shares in 10 days. (6 Trading Days) Even at 9 cents/share that should have
added $1,170,000 to the coffers. Of course with the "pump" on Friday of 50 Plants in the
Phillipines and retrofitting Richmond for 1200 tonnes/day one would expect the average share
price the dilution was sold into would be slighter higher. Wonder where the money is going?

Should be an interesting week as we approach the Grand Opening on Friday - on the eve of a
Canadian Holiday Long Weekend.

Have a nice day!!!
