I am not surprised that the SHAL crew has been silent, they cannot refute the truth. Their desperation under market financing and bizzare Chasen's deal (which seems to be falling apart) are just the icing on the fraudcake. I wonder how much dilution the holders of the aptly named "imitation IPOs" (like ULAB=KRAB) are going to face by the time their shares are tradeable... Buyer Beware!
