Hi All
Looks like it took awhile but, thanx to Agora, the ink is just about dry :-)

Bulletin # MAY99-05

ONCE YOU'VE READ THE HEADLINES, COME TO AGORA FOR THE
NEWS

Good afternoon to you all. Please find enclosed comments from MIQ
President, Gilles Laverdiere, pursuant to the company's latest drill results.

Mirandor Explorations is very excited about the latest report issued by
Railroad joint venture partner, Kinross Gold. Quite simply, the new
discovery at the Bald Mountain Fault is significant to both MIQ and Kinross
due to the high grade nature of the mineralized section. You will recall, Hole
K98-49 intersected 70 feet of 0.11 oz/t of gold between 855 feet and 925
feet. That hole discovered a new zone of gold mineralization.

In addition, the company has identified a very large geochemical anomaly,
which measures approximately 1 square mile. Soil samples have indicated
up to .04 oz/ton of gold, as well as, pathfinder element anomalies associated
with gold (mercury, arsenic and antimony). Both the reading of .04 and the
pathfinder elements are extremely good as they overlap each other. These
soil sample surveys were instrumental in discovering gold deposits in the
Carlin Trend.

The significance of both these finds is that hole K98-49 is located at the
western edge of the anomaly and opens the possibility that we may have hit
the edge of mineralization. Drilling in 1999 will be focused on confirming
this fact and we expect drilling to commence as soon as the soil dries out
and the roads are practicable.
The company is now in the process of reviewing work done on the other
gold occurrences on the Railroad property.

Given this new set of data, as well as, our extremely good drill results at
Railroad to date, we hope our shareholders can understand and join in our
excitement about the 1999 drilling campaign.

Yours truly,
Gilles Laverdiere
President
Mirandor Explorations.
