1.) There were about 150 samples taken at a depth of 5 feet. I understand homogeneity is on a bell curve with the most concentrated ore at the center. The ore they've been working is what they call the Sweet 16 which is the best 16 of the 150 samples. I'm working from memory, but it seems to me I heard Mariah and Guildmark, the preceding companies had drilled a couple of deep holes and found the material to be consistent at depth.

2.)With a 196,000,000 tons, a 1,000 tpd facility would work 536 years to turn Sinagua into a "plain" LOL I understand 100% ownership virtually gives the owner free reign as to the mining of the property.

3.)I'm sure that's part of the ongoing negotiations and bid process with the refiners. I'm not sure how often they would take a tanker truck of concentrate <G> to the refiner(s).

4.) The warrants were extended before, they may be again. Mike and Jeanne are well aware investors in the Private Placement were placing their funds into a high risk speculative investment that provided the foundation for the Company. I doubt they have short memories. Last time, the time was extended and the strike price was increased. Obviously, I can't speak for what MGAU will or will not do as I'm NOT a part of management ... just a shareholder like you.
