If any of you actually have any "pull" at Cybersurf, how about getting them to return customer "tech support" calls? I left a message at the 3WEB tech support number last Tuesday and was told by a nice recording that my call would be returned as soon as possible (in the order that the message was received). 6 days later and still no call back! Hey Luc, how about getting Paul Mercia to rattle some cages down there!
