I hear ya. What about my question, i.e. do you hold any of the smaller caps? Or just the gorillas like AMAT, NVLS and KLAC, for the most part? I like what ATMI is doing in assembling a nice portfolio of products on the materials side (witness the acquisition announced today), but I worry about their ability to compete. Any thoughts?
