Nothing other than "gut" feelings concerning price movement and volume. Today, for instance, the volume is around 20-million shares. The price is bouncing quite a bit between $.03 and $.045. Since it broke down to $.02 a couple of days ago (when you missed your chance), it would seem there are as many buyers as sellers. Again, my feeling is that the weak holders are being shaken out prior to some movement upward. Nothing scientific about that answer - just my feelings. You might want to take a look at DYNS also.
