In fact Dirks probably has a better track record with IPOS than some of the bulge bracket brokers. As for not being able to sell, That is the biggest lie you ever told and as for being watched well he beat the SEC once and in the 16 years since has not been the subject of any investigation to my knowledge. If you know something please share it with us. BTW the last four IPOs he was involved with were SFO, DGV, LOAX, And TPN . TPN is slightly down and the others you and yours can check out on the charts., just allow for the value of the warrants in your valuation. Let us all know what you discover.
