AmeriResource Technologies Inc. Acquires 100% Interest of the Agent's Hotel Guide Inc.
LENEXA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 1999--Delmar Janovec, CEO of AmeriResource Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:ARET) announced Monday that ARET has purchased 100% interest of the Agent's Hotel Guide Inc., from Global Datatel Inc. (OTC BB:GDIS), formerly Gold Coast Resources Inc.
The Agent's Hotel Guide Inc. in recent years lists and advertises more than 10,000 hotels in North America.
The Agent's Hotel Guide Inc. lists and markets well over 10,000 hotels in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. It was one of the most preferred resources available to travel agents for the listing of hotels when the company was in operation. The company has not been in operation for the last three years. The Guide was distributed to more than 50,000 travel agencies and travel planners twice per year nearly all of them at subscription request. The Hotel Guide had a usership of three travel agents per publication, taking the ad to 150,000 travel agents nationwide.
