SMALL FRY: Thanks for the USWB info...it's not as bad as it sounds. I once took a company public and the prospectus we put together had to mention every thing that could possibly go wrong. And damn little that could go right. Designed bt the SEC to "protect" the investors, and agreed to by our attorneys to protect the the company's founders and officers....that's what the USWB 10-Q reads like.
Not to worry too much boobeleh. The stock'll go up or it'll go down...but not 'cause of the 10-Q. (Lee)
