Looking for a down day in the AM for the entire market and FNHC. It may test 7, but the entire market should pick up after the A.G.'s speech. IMHO, there will be no change in the interest rates short term, but the trend is surely up, which means it is good for companies like FNHC, because everyone will want to lock their rates and do their refinancing before the rates go up. I did!!
