Market or limit makes no difference if you are not getting filled that means that the selling is dry for now and could start climbing as more buying come in. Buying at a limit at these levels means you may be shooting yourself in the foot, anything under $.10 is a bargain in my opinion. The last thing you want to do is chase the ask up with limit orders trying to fill at a lower price. at 25k shares $.01
only represents $250. That certainly won't make or break a sale.
I realize $250 is $250 and that is nothing to sneeze at by any means
but when you look at the upside potential, not having the stock could cost you more in lost $$$ that you might otherwise have had, if you don't have the stock ...you can't make profit. Just my humble opinion, JW
