Do you think Diavik can get their goods(average size .12 carats) cut in Yellowknife as cheaply as in India? Would cutters in Yellowknife be prepared to work for the same pay as Indian cutters? Perhaps Kakfwi should send a delegation to India to explore the cutting industry over there and see if that is what he has in mind when it comes to value added on diamonds that only average about $65.00 per carat to begin with:-)
