Dear Linda,

The real point is that you are doing your best to promote unfounded
rumors that will damage the company. You talk out of both sides of your mouth, saying there is
no lawsuit but you are working on one, I don't believe it. Since the
fact is that there is no law suit filed then there is no law suit,
period. When one with merit is filed then announce it. Buy the way
if there is a law suit of a material nature filed the Company will
report its filing. Till then you are a gossip. The same applys to
any SEC investigation, you are a gossip and you are trying to diminish
the value of my investment and that of everybody else who is invested
in the Company.

Is Linda Baker your true name, what is your address ? Possibly you and your girlfriend are the ones who should be sued for your acts. I
have a friend who is a lawyer in the States, I'm going to download all
of your postings and inquire if we shareholders have grounds to sue you
and her personally. Tell me do you have any financial worth ?

My three year investment rule is my rule and it is one that makes
sense to me for little companies in the early stages. You have no
right or cause to belittle me.

You talk like a speculator to me and you are entitled to your own
speculating rules which I would be the last to critize.

Do me a favor, do not try to convince me that you are the last word
in anything. If you haven't gotten it I am damned angry.

Your girlfriend Alice Bryant rah rah'ed several stocks all the while they were
sinking and I am convinced that she was aware of all of the facts,
to me that is out and out fraud, plain and simple. All that homespun trash.
I wouldn't be suprised if she was being investigated by the US securites authorties.
I hope there is some law against what she has done and she is proscuted. It would
serve her right. Once and for all that is the point, period.
