From the 10-QSB: <The Company expects this funding to be completed during the next quarter but there can be no assurances that this funding will close.>

The subject has been discussed here before. The funding is conditional - dependent on ETPI stock reaching a minimum price level. It was 45 cents, I believe (?). That didn't look so bad when the stock was at 30 cents at the time of announcement. Now the stock is 19 cents and we really need to consider what alternate strategies ETPI has. What happens when the funding doesn't materialize? A default on short-term debt?

Another thing: Look at today's trading. 2000 shares in two trades, both sells at 19 cents. Today's dollar volume is all of $380.

Some posters would probably have told us that this only shows how strong support is for the stock price. Personally, it looks to me like there's no one out there the least bit interested in buying the stock.

And the prognosis is .........?

Marcus, the answer please!
