2nd question; How does DELL make MOST of its income ? by trading its options

Yup , that's why LVG traveled to Korea for the LG deal , there ain't nuttin for IBM to buy from DELL :

" In the past three years, Dell has made more than $3.1 billion
playing the market, while the company's net income over the same period was just $2.5 billion.

The key to Dell's success in this lucrative sweepstakes is betting that its stock will go up by selling "puts" and buying "calls."

" forbes.com

Yup ! DELL routinely buys back its stock .
