If they buy, they'll buy it at $8-$15 range at best, not at $57/share.

While I agree with the long term potential of web-based healthcare IT companies, they are no different from the IT service providers in the manufacturing industry (may be a bit different, but not much).

WebMD won't sell itself for anything less than $3-$4 Billion considering it will be in Healtheon's stock. Combined both should have total market cap in excess of $8 Billion.

$8B for what? It appears to me that HLTH is not even meeting the expectations and no one knows where it is heading.
