I'm kinda new here. I'm a might confused. I understand that this company needs a super database and Website, but why is it buying the company that's providing such. Also it needs a delivery system, but why the major involvement with USXP? Perhaps there is a simple reasonable explanation for all this, that I just haven't had the time to dig out, being pretty involved with e.Digital lately. I'm kinda intrigued here, but not sure how involved I wanna get. Seems that these guys have a pretty full platter, and could get in over their heads. Or, they could be building a powerhouse. From today's news, looks like they're gonna have some tough competition. TIA for any enlightenment provided. Dave
