Wall Street expects the company's conference call with analysts, which follows the earnings announcement, to be upbeat. Analysts will also be listening for Michael Dell's comments on how much sales growth is coming from server and workstation business, areas in which Dell lags competitors. Above all the analysts want reassurance that Dell and Compaq are heading down two separate paths.
