I agree with you David, I have known Lou Knicerbocker for years and I don't trust him one bit, if there is a way to screw things up rest assured he will. Before anyone sinks even one cent into his company they should do extensive DD (make damn sure that he still holds that 30% of PEC and what his rights are in relation to revs.)
