Len,
Management took care of themselves and their employees because every person who works within a company that offers options wants a cash deal. It allows for instant vesting of their options without any time commitment. Whether it was the best deal for outside shareholders will be known soon enough if the SEC decides to pursue this. I am truly disappointed to find this out after the fact. I fear we will never know whether we were screwed over or not.

I hope the SEC throws Gill and his cohorts in jail. Even if it not illegal, blatant, unethical, insider golden parachuting like this should be illegal. Maximizing shareholder value should always be the ultimate goal of management.
