CatLady or Any one else, I need some HELP or advice, Please. Two weeks ago, Sunday on May 2nd I applied to Quote.com and had entered all the required info as well as going through the process of signing up for the DOW,AMEX and NASDAQ real time quotes, just as I approved the NASDAQ, my internet connection went down, I reconnected and tried to reapply, and couldn't because I had already done so, and it wouldn't accept me again at that point, so I immediately e-mailed them at suppport@quote.com explaining the situation, and their response was they had received my e-mail and would respond as soon as possible, 15 days later, no response. I again e-mailed them on May 6th at subscribehelp@quote.com and got the exact same response as the first. The last time I e-mailed them was on Wed. the 12th at support@quote.com and they have yet to respond at all. I can check my status on line but must log in with my user name and password, so they have my name Etc. but nothing under package type, DOW,AMEX, and NASDAQ. Has anyone got any idea's or a PHONE # that will allow me to talk to a real LIVE person? I've been with other quote services and it has only taken 48 Hr. to get real time quotes, so I figure these folk's and I have missed some sort of connection or something.
Thanks in advance to Any an All that try to HELP
Steve
