Lipsett didn't have gall to show up at the December 31st meeting. He was a hired gun of Charuks' whose turned on a good friend. He's the one who secretly postponed the AGM from February when one of the directors was out of the country. Lipsett knows nothing about shareholder value or the oil and gas industry (let alone bowling alleys). He's scum and is there only for the paycheck. Vote him out.
