>>ADDRESSING YOUR O/T CONCERNS<<
Like anything else, JT, if you are not personally in charge of the timing and/or events - you can only go by what you learn. In the interim, most of us have had time to significantly increase our holdings. You're more than welcome to come join us; but, if you're a "..Newbie.." - do your DD before you plunge.
We took a hit when a Dutch petro-company backed out of a pending deal; but it was really a blessing in disguise. Some rather shrewd decisions at LGOV HQ have resulted in several significant acquisitions of previous competitors, other acquisitions that are ongoing, and still others are slated for June/July. The end result will make LGOV a virtual LPG monopoly; which Mr. Rockefeller used to think was a pretty good idea here in the good ol USA! And, operating in China, I concur.
What most of us expect to happen this summer, was supposed to take place last Christmas; so you'll just have to pardon the excitement. If you were to look a little further, you'd see that I commonly advise a considerable amount of personal research, and refer everyone to the rather extensive links available on the website. If that's "hype" to you, I'm guilty as charged. (tee hee)
The latest efforts were not in the works at the time of the post you excerpted, however - the opinion of "..the crew.." hasn't changed; only our positions (which have all increased). And, interestingly enough, LGOV's finances - which require conversion from Chinese to GAAP - will be reported "live" (dynamically) on the next version of the website. Now, is that cool - or what! The overall timetable has slid by a few months, but my TownCar is running fine - and I know just exactly where the Navigator store is! :-) I'll make it a point to invite you fishin', when I swap vehicles.
>>ON TOPIC<<
Since I've been following MVEE, I don't recall it ever being over 0.25+/-.
Actually, what I do recall is a whole bunch of press and hoopla about MVEE and New York, and big plans (blah, blah, blah)...., right around the time the price slid from 0.20+ back to it's current value. Not to mention several dead-cat bounces. Only the recent developments have resulted in real progress.

MVEE is is not a stock for the uninitiated, unless they are involved at a small to very-moderate level.
If they can't watch the stock all day, and trade at the appropriate time; they'll very likely get hosed by panicing and dumping on an interim bottom. Not due to anything fundamental happening, but most likely because some "whiz-bang" news report just barfed on it. I.e.: "..Darryl Hanna falls on movie set, Damages knee - MVEE falls 27%..!!" Real story; Darryl trips on phone cord in make-up trailer, bandaid placed on carpet-burn; insider related to G&G dumps a ton of free-shares enroute to pick up tickets to Sao Paulo....
Newbies need to be given some helpful hints when it come to this stock. Like, don't blow your whole wad on it - until you find out "..who's minding the money.."!!
Dewey, Cheatem and Howe..?????

John :-) |
