Bruce-

I was about to post the same quote... Q3 rollout would be nice. I also went back and re-read the IATV/Prevue (now TV Guide interactive) press release from 12/3/98 (due to frames, I can't link to it, but go to actv.com and click press releases and scroll down.)

What I found interesting was that the IATV technology being used here is the "old" interactive stuff, not hyper tv... at least the press release talks about the multiple camera angles, not the convergence with internet... to me this means that TV Guide interactive is not going to need to use the Exodus NOC (which has a 100,000 simultaneous user max), which means that we should be able to handle all 2 million current TV Guide interactive subscribers no problem.

What I wanted to see (but didn't) is some indication of what sorts of revenues IATV can expect per TV Guide interactive subscriber. As far as I know TV Guide interactive is part of basic cable? (Anyone know for sure? Do people actually pay extra for TV Guide Interactive? I wouldn't.) Anyone here familiar with TVGuide's revenue model?

-Mike
