What about TV Guide paying licensing fees to ACTV for the use of the technology? This makes more sense, no? Sure... I guess I had assumed though that the license would be on a "per customer" basis... they could alternatively pay one lump sum for the moral equivalent of a "site license." Wish we could get details on that deal... still, I think it is important that the TVGuide deal is not going to tie up Exodus resources (which are still relatively scarce at 100K simultaneous users.) Of course, I'm making an assumption here because the deal was announced pre-HyperTV. -Mike
