A majority of people on the Street agree that the interest rate will stay the same. However, they also believe that a so-called bias toward tightening the rate will be announced.

My question is how everyone on this board thinks a "bias" will affect the market after it's announced ? Are we gonna get hammered big-time again anyway ? or it won't be bad because the market already expects it.

What time will they announce tomorrow morning ?
