...where is the volume for this stock?... If there are NDs signed for 14 majors then they aren't able to purchase stock until the NDs are lifted, or at least this is my understanding. When a JV agreement is inked the ND will be lifted and part of the decision making as to who the partner is includes their commitment to buy stock of MDHM. There is a limited group of investors out there for OTC BB stocks which are non reporting. We need strong sustained buying and most of us are tapped out and waiting. To me this is the importance of the JV partner. The association alone should cause many others to give us a look. Just my theory of course.
