i have listened to both of the last two shva conf. calls and would not charecterize them as "earnings failures". they are going thru a product transition from old lan rover product to new access concentrator product. rather than stuff channel with old product to make q they voluntarily held back. ceo has said he believes they are on track to make prior earnings estimates for year. they should do well going forward as strong player in fastest growing segment of market

your analysis may have lots of numbers in it but, for me, its much too mechanical. these are dynamic companies in growing markets. they don't tell me much about the future here. i'll take my chances with both shva and cscc and w'll see who's right six months from now.
