I spoke to John Vear, ESTN last week, before the release, asked him about the name change and consolidation.

His response on the delay of the consolidation was that at the time of the Annual Meeting, Mar. 30th, the stock was sitting at 7.5 cents, and it was thought that to assist with financing and to obtain a certain respectability for the stock a price in the 25-30 cent bracket was required hence the 1-4 consolidation. The stock is now in that bracket without the consolidation, has had good volume on the buy side, therefore at the present time the consolidation is not required.

If you were at the meeting, you will know that although the resolution passed, there was discussion over the consolidation, with the opinion expressed that usually after a consolidation a stock price falls.

Should you wish to discuss this further, speak to John Vear,
