AndMoreagain,

this stock is a flyer!!

I have a good source who has informed me that "pennies are being pinched" at Qwest. An overall belt tightening is happening.

I don't know whether this is to show revenues higher (doubtful) or whether Nacchio and Anschutz have their eyes on a possible takeover target (possible....and I hope it isn't USWest....deals can always be broken).

I fully expect that Qwest will have some type of major announcement in the coming weeks (IMO). There is too much hubub going on right now with all the alliances, partnerships, takeovers etc. right now. And with Qwest completing their network in June....well...it just seems likely to me IMO.

I'm counting the days till my stock has split 6 or 8 times.....ahhhh...that sounds nice.

P.S. Nobody on this thread has mentioned the Global X-ing deal yet. Whatdayall think about that one eh?? I think that Qwest's hand is being forced to bring on some announcements frankly. I expect that Nacchio will not be shown up by another CEO in the telcos. I'm ready Joe....bring on some music!
