My earnings model had Nori contributing $220 million of the $1.4 billion in revenue for FY 2003. This is around 15% of the estimated revenue for 2003. Of course the model includes the SG&A costs associated with Nori. These costs would be around $130 million.

If you want a worst case scenario, you could completely drop the sales and and the costs from the model and you would end up with a drop in earnings of $90 million. This is around $2.20 per share. The model would then show a remaining $10.44 in earnings for FY 2003.

IMO, the outlook is better than this.
