CC -- Didn't mean to put all that much emphasis on your comments about saving some digging. I know you don't have much faith in anything in Arizona. It's difficult to read your timeline about "any time soon." I know as well, however, that you have a keen eye and will not badmouth an honest effort. If there is significant production, I believe you will acknowledge it. I personally believe that there will be either be demonstrable precious metals production within 18 months/2 years or that a major will jv with Maxam, probably more interested in pgms than gold. Both things could happen, or, of course, neither.

If I am correct (and I don't demand that anyone agree that I am), I want to be in Maxam for something of the same reason that I am glad to be in Manhattan. It's not that the two are alike in any way, except one important one: there will be more and more and more resources discovered and developed for years and years to come. I hope I am right for both companies.

Very best regards,

Ed D.
