I was not trying to be a smart-ass with my original post either. What do I expect for free? I expect that they live up to the promises made. Their welcoming e-mail said they try to respond to all requests for tech-support within 24 hours. I downloaded the version 2 software from their web-site and it appeared to install fine. Now when attempting connection my modem will dial, hand-shake with their modem, and then go silent (as if the connection is successfully made). Problem is their server won't talk to my box after connection. I have been waiting 7 days now ... WARNING! I INTEND TO MAKE MYSELF HEARD ON THIS THREAD AND ANY OTHER PUBLIC FORUM WHERE CYBERSURF SHAREHOLDERS AS WELL AS CURRENT AND POTENTIAL FUTURE 3WEB USERS MIGHT BE ABLE TO HEAR ME UNTIL I GET SATISFACTION!
